The contracted agency will execute full-cycle manual and mechanized municipal waste operations across four primary modules:

A. Daily Door-to-Door Segregated Waste Collection

Mandatory daily morning collection (between 06:30 AM and 11:30 AM) of segregated household waste (Wet Biodegradable Waste, Dry Recyclable Waste, and Domestic Hazardous Waste) from all residential quarters, commercial shops, and dining messes.

Deployment of color-coded, compartmentalized hydraulic tipper auto-rickshaws or battery-operated e-loaders with audio public address systems announcing waste collection arrival.

B. Mechanized & Manual Street Sweeping

Daily manual and mechanized sweeping of all main arterial roads, market streets, pedestrian sidewalks, and stadium perimeters.

Continuous daytime rag-picking of plastic bottles, food wrappers, paper, and dry leaves, ensuring clean, litter-free public corridors.

C. Open Drain Desilting & Disinfection

Periodic manual and tool-assisted desilting of stormwater surface drains, roadside gullies, and culverts, removing silt sludge and plastic choke points to prevent water stagnation.

Application of eco-friendly disinfectants, lime powder, and bleaching powder along drain edges and secondary collection points.

D. Secondary Collection, Compaction & Disposal Logistics

Daily transfer of collected waste from primary e-loaders into covered hydraulic compactor trucks or hook-loader containers at designated secondary transfer stations.

Covered transportation of non-recyclable solid waste to the authorized municipal landfill/processing plant, strictly complying with the Solid Waste Management Rules 2016.
